Shipping
1-3 business days after order placed.
Look for shipping updates via email or phone number, whichever you used when you checked out. Sometimes these can go to spam or junk mail so please be sure to use the search bar and to type in "Hayzlee Rae's." if you are missing a confirmation email.
Returns
*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return orders must be postmarked within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. This is non-negotiable due to issues concerning items being worn for events or photos and being returned after such events. Once the 5 business days have passed, please DO NOT send items back, credit will not be issued on them, and it will be your responsibility to pay shipping to have it sent back to you.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition.
We offer store credit only. Store credit will be issued and sent via email within 5 business days of arriving back to our warehouse.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
*All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are final and returns will not be accepted on those items.
